HINDLABS .ON PANEL CGHS.
ULTRASOUND
An ultrasound, also known as ultrasonography or sonography, is a noninvasive imaging test that uses high-frequency sound waves to create pictures of the inside of the body.
ECG
An electrocardiogram is a quick test to check the heartbeat. It records the electrical signals in the heart. Test results can help diagnose heart attacks and irregular heartbeats, called arrhythmias.
ECHO
An echo, or echocardiogram, is a type of ultrasound scan that uses sound waves to create images of the heart and nearby blood vessels. It can be used to diagnose and monitor heart conditions.
tmt
The treadmill test (TMT), often known as an exercise stress test, demonstrates how your heart functions during physical activity.
NCV
A nerve conduction velocity (NCV) test measures how fast electrical signals travel through your nerves.
MRI
Magnetic resonance imaging, non-invasive medical imaging technique that uses radio waves and a powerful magnet of the body.
X-RAY
X-rays are a type of radiation that can be used to create images of the inside of the body. X-rays are similar to visible light, but have more energy and can pass through most objects.
HOLTER
A Holter monitor is a small, wearable device that records the heart's rhythm, usually for 1 to 2 days. It's used to spot irregular heartbeats, also called arrhythmias. A Holter monitor test may be done if a traditional electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG)doesn't provide enough details about the heart's condition.
EMG
EMG stands for electromyography, a diagnostic procedure that measures the electrical activity of muscles and the nerves that control them.
RADIOLOGIST
A radiologist is a medical doctor who specializes in diagnosing and treating injuries and diseases using imaging techniques.
EEG
An electroencephalogram (EEG) is a painless test that measures electrical activity of the brain. It's used to assess seizures, sleep disorders, brain tumors, and other conditions that mimic seizures.
PFT
A pulmonary function test (PFT), also called a lung function test, measures how well your lungs work. It can help diagnose and treat lung disorders.
BERA
Brainstem Evoked Response Audiometry (BERA) test: A hearing test that measures the electrical response of the brainstem to sound stimuli.
